Turtle Creek Home Owners Association
|
A Word of
Caution Here,,,,
According to The Turtle Creek Covenants, paragraph 7, as well as,
in most cases, The City of Broken Arrow, these are violations.
What is so amazing about this, is that this is just plain
"common sense". If you want to live in a junk yard, then live
there. Turtle Creek is NOT that and with the help of an attorney,
as well as with the help of The City of Broken Arrow, the city codes, as
well as the Turtle Creek Covenants are, and must be upheld.
With Any violations that must be represented by an Attorney, should the
The Turtle Homeowners Association prevail, the the complete cost of all
legal fees will be the responsibility of the homeowner, which if not
paid in full will result in a lien being place upon the property until
paid in full plus any cost involved with that process.
Again, this is just plain common sense, the yard is not a place to park
your car. Boats, Trailers, RV and such must be either in the
garage or behind the fence, on an all weather pad, (concrete) and
completely out of site.
This keeps the value of the property up and that of the neighbors. This
also makes Turtle Creek a joy to drive through and does make a lasting
impression upon all those that live here as well as those who come to
visit.
Please help.
