This notice is for the owners of homes along the west side of South Chestnut from 81st to the very end of South Chestnut in Turtle Creek and anyone else that is concerned.


The area west of your fence line is private property. This area is NOT, and I must repeat NOT, a so called "Green Belt".  IT IS PRIVATE property. 
NO dumping of any type is permitted in this area.  NO play ground equipment is to be placed in this area. NO moving of YOUR fence into this area is permitted.  NO mowing of this area is permitted without prior approval.   NO trespassing of any type is permitted in this area.  This area is NOT a playground for the children either.
There are horses in this area, sometimes, and the horses can bite, kick and/or cause severe injury to anyone that may come in contact with them.  There are other farm animals in this area that can cause harm to you and/or your children.  The creek that runs through this area is very dangerous when it is full and is filled with all types of wild life.
This area is to be enjoyed but only from the privacy of YOUR backyard.
Please, do not enter this area.  It is private property, NOT for any type of public use.

Oh,,,
the fun of getting everyone in line to complete a project.

Well, after many of months of starts and re-starts and more re-starts the Oak Ridge entrance is finally finished!

The sprinkler system is up and running, the lights are on and the results are wonderful!

This Spring ALL the flowers were just plain beautiful and all through this summer the entrance has had nothing but a professional and very warm glow about it.

It is something that ALL of us here in Turtle Creek can be very proud of.....

What a difference the sprinkler system has made in the quality of plants that we can have now.
